Milt Lawler brings over 40 years of talent development, human resources development, education and training, and managerial experience to his clients as the principal owner of Ashante Fe’ Education Limited. After beginning his education career at the University Of Maryland University College (UMUC) in 1975, Milt went on to receive associate’s, bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees from leading American college and universities.
Milt joined the United States Air Force in 1973 and quickly became a student teacher at his technical training school in Mississippi. After technical school Milt went to Eglin Air Force Base, Florida as a records manager and quickly became an on-the-job trainer for his personnel office. Upon arriving to his new duty station in Izmir, Turkey, Milt added college student to his portfolio by enrolling into UMUC’s class in psychology.
Along the way Milt earned degrees from UMUC, Webster University, Strayer University, and Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Milt is a true embodiment of his alma matter’s motto “Ut prosim”, that I may serve.
Today Milt and his associates work with federal agencies, companies, and individuals who are committed to achieving high levels of productivity and performance. They offer proven talents developments programs catered to meet the expectations of their clients. Milt is committed to helping his clients achieve their vision by providing with the education, development, or training intervention that is necessary to help them achieve their highest return on investment.
As an event speaker, Milt can address issues and challenges in talent development. He can also provide presentations that will introduce more contemporary ideas for professional and personal improvement techniques.
